StBaz Swimwear Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing StBaz. We want you to be satisfied with your order, and we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience:

1. Returns:

We accept returns on swimwear items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the swimwear must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us at hello@stbaz.co to request a return.

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

3. Return Process:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within seven (7) business days.

5. Exclusions:

We do not accept returns on swimwear that has been worn, washed, or is not in its original packaging.

Returns that do not meet our conditions will not be processed, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

6. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

7. Exchange Option:

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
